It’s the same concept. Spending no more than 2-3 minutes of your day tracking food isn’t an inconvenience if you want to prioritize your health.
Yes you can move more and eat a little less to notice some change but if you’re very new to weight loss, odds are that intuitively eating and portioning your food isn’t going to cut it.
Calories are superior to macro splits in terms of fat loss.
