The one on one coaching includes an in-depth questionnaire, one facetime call to go through the whole program and get to know one another, custom macronutrient counts, weekly adjustments and check-ins, a large coaching packet full of knowledge and a structured training program via a pdf file. YES, you can sub the training you would normally do for the Daily Drip!
Yes, the home and the gym editions are completely separate subscriptions, if you want both, you’ll have to subscribe to both!
