    I just purchased Erika’s beginner’s blueprint a few days ago and I am already learning so much! She explains things in a very straightforward manner, which is really nice because in the past I have gotten very overwhelmed when approaching weight loss. And especially for $99 it’s so worth it, it’s really not that much money especially if you’re blowing $100s on other random nutritional/excercise “Guides” from others people that are actually just to complex and leave you more confused and stressed.

    Giiiiiirl! Let me just tell you that all of Erika’s info she put on here was easy to understand for literally everyone! Her book goes through easy stress-free tips and tricks (but backed with scientific information in regards to lifestyle changes). Coming from a background of exercise science learning from contradicting and never ending scientific-based evidence, Erika really simplifies the “rules” to be the BEST possible you!

    I love that she educates and encourages you to explore different avenues of what’s best for you and your body provided your emotional, mental, and physical states.
