The Daily Drip is strictly a training program (a bulletproof program if I might add) that gives you access to 5 filmed workouts a week, the listed workout on the website under your account, and a facebook group full of supportive women who genuinely want to connect.
The one on one coaching includes an in-depth questionnaire, one facetime call to go through the whole program and get to know one another, custom macronutrient counts, weekly adjustments and check-ins, a large coaching packet full of knowledge and a structured training program via a pdf file. YES, you can sub the training you would normally do for the Daily Drip!
